The work asks people to listen carefully, learn from one another, and turn good questions into practical next steps—even when the problems are technical.
Roles and locations
We hire across engineering, accounting and finance, marketing, operations, and assembly, and we are usually hiring in all five. Our teams work from Tampa, Florida and Tulsa, Oklahoma, designing, building, and supporting the WaterCube systems that pull water from air.
Roles here sit close to the product. The people who design a system see it assembled, shipped, and running on a customer site, and what they learn there goes into the next one.
