Eligibility and Conditions
The warranty applies to a new WaterCube purchased from GenesisSystems.com or an authorized reseller and installed in the United States. The product must be operated, maintained, and used according to Genesis Systems' instructions and manuals. If proof of original purchase and delivery date is unavailable, the manufacturing date coded in the product serial number is used to determine the start of the warranty period.
Registration
To help with warranty claims, the original purchaser should register the product by contacting warranty@genesissystems.com after delivery and installation. The document states that registration within 30 days of delivery activates the Limited Warranty for one year calculated from the delivery date.
Request Service
To request warranty service or ask questions about the warranty or its application, contact warranty@genesissystems.com. After inspection by Genesis Systems or an authorized service representative, Genesis Systems states that it will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part found to be defective.
